When I got this in the mail, I wanted to use this right away. But knowing that I had sensitive skin I didn’t know if it would hurt my skin. I usually don’t have much acne, but when I used this product, I was scared if it would burn my skin. After I have tried it, it wasn’t bad after all. Also knowing that this product is so easy to use! It made my acne less noticeable after a couple of treatments. I have not tried any product like this, and I would have never thought it would work. I have suffered from acne since I was 13, and no matter what I tried, nothing worked. The HOT SPOT heat truly beat my acne problems! I haven’t had much of a problem with acne until recently. Because I have sensitive skin, I was a little nervous about applying heat to my skin. However, the day I received my Zeno Hot Spot in the mail, I tried it on a breakout along my jawline. The next morning it was almost completely gone! I look forward to getting back to clear skin. We do have some people that have sent us emails that like the Zeno. It is all about timing but once you get use to it you can do well.
